Ghanaian hiplife musician David Amankwah, known in showbiz circles
as Shilo, has kick started 2016 with a brand new song and video he calls
ABAAYOOBO.
Abaayoobo is a Ga term which means “You Will Be
Exposed”. The song was produced over a highlife style rhythm with Shilo
giving the best of his voice with some melodious lines throughout.
He
re-affirms his trust in God and recounts the many blessings bestowed on
him stressing on how fruitless any man’s efforts to thwart his progress
would be.
He had a good year in 2015 with the release of
‘Borkor Borkor’ and ‘Lion’ which featured Samini. Both songs enjoyed a
lot of circulation from DJ’s in Ghana.
Shilo has promised his
fans he will continue to do very good music for them so they should not
alter their expectations but look out for great stuff from him.
